Early Snow

This past Sunday (Oct. 12) we woke to 8" of snow. The leaves haven't even turned yet! The tree house is finally done and Hayden lost his first tooth on Monday.

Summers Over

The summers over and Dakota has started Jr. High. Noah is in the 5th grade and Hayden is in all day kindergarten. Yayyy. It is just me and Jonah all day during the week, but he is so busy it's like having two or three at home. He is so darn cute though so I can't get after him too easily.

A ward member has also been helping to build a tree house in the back yard. We have made a little progress and right now it is a great diving platform to the trampoline. The three older boys had the assignment to stain all the boards for the treehouse. Jonah got to paint on the cement with water so he could feel included.

It's been a very busy summer.

Summer is almost over and only a week and a half till the three oldest boys are in school. The house will sure be quiet in the day time. We spent last week on the Henry's Fork of the Snake River just North of Ashton, Idaho in a cabin with some friends. Here are a few pictures of our trip.

Stimpson Family Reunion

This past weekend we went to the Stimpson family reunion at Bear Lake. We stayed the KOA in Garden City. The kids really love it there because there is so much to keep them busy. Grandpa Stimpson will be 89 this fall and he isn't slowing down. These summer reunions are really great way for the kids to get to know him. This is time they will never be able to get back so I think is really important to provide them with the opportunities to be with family whenever possible.

Young Family Reunion

This past weekend we went to the Young family reunion at Lava Hot Springs, ID. We had a lot of fun swiming, playing and visiting with relatives.

Hayden is a little Rock Band Rock Star. Even if he only knows the words to one song.

Summer Fun

This was the first day of summer vacation. The boys had a great time!
